By downloading, installing, or using the India Gate mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and India Gate.

• ✓Loyalty points are earned on qualifying purchases as defined by current point rules.
• ✓Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• ✓India Gate reserves the right to modify the points structure, rewards, and membership benefits at any time.
• ✓Accounts found to be abusing the loyalty programme may be suspended or terminated.

• ✓One voucher per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• ✓Redeemed rewards cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• ✓Vouchers may only be used at participating India Gate outlets.

• ✓Merchandise orders are subject to stock availability.
• ✓Point-redeemed merchandise orders are final and non-refundable.
• ✓Paid merchandise orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• ✓Images shown are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or design.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

India Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the most recent transaction made by you.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
